"Professor Dr. V. H. Patil is guiding the department as a head and as vice-principal of the institute. She pursued her Computer Engineering from SSGMCE, Shegaon of Amaravati University in 1990. Since then she is working in teaching profession. She is one of the renowned academicians who has developed her self to be wealth of experience in education and academic administration. She has earned a Master of Computer Engineering from COEP Pune. Professor Patil holds a doctorate in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She is life member of various professional bodies. She is recipient of various honors & awards. She has authored 3 books in areas Discrete Mathematics, Data Structures and Theory of Computation. She has 25 papers to her credit, which are published at various national and international conferences and Journals. Her areas of special interest include educational development and reform Engineering Education to raise the prestige of institute and every member of teacher fraternity. As vice-principal of Matoshri College of Engineering and Research center, she wishes to impart state of the art world-class quality technical education and instill high patterns of discipline to set global standards, making students technologically superior and ethically strong.
